CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. As a courtesy to both our team and other clients, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service(s). No-shows, or failure to attend your appointment without notice, will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service(s). We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation, which allow us to provide the highest level of service to all clients.
